Transformational Coach/Mindfulness Guide

Gayane is a former refugee who escaped from the grip of war as a child. She struggled with the sense of not belonging anywhere and multiple stressful events, such as divorce of her parents, moving around a dozen times and navigating a career transition to follow her calling in life. Now, she enjoys supporting women who feel stressed, guiding them find their own healing, so they can experience inner peace, freedom and Soul fulfillment. Gayane is a Trauma Informed Mindfulness Facilitator and a certified Transformational Coach who holds a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology.

Why I Created This Course
