Gayane is a former refugee who escaped from the grip of war as a child. She struggled with the sense of not belonging anywhere and multiple stressful events, such as divorce of her parents, moving around a lot and career transition. Now, she enjoys supporting women who feel lost and stressed, helping them to navigate their journeys of healing, so they can find their inner peace and Soul fulfillment. Gayane is a Trauma Informed Mindfulness Facilitator and a certified Transformational Coach who holds a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology. Professional Qualifications: Master’s in Spiritual Psychology Certified Transformation Coach Certification in Trauma Informed Mindfulness Certification in integration of Collective and Intergenerational Trauma Breathwork Practitioner (Levels 1 & 2) Certification in Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep HeartMath Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety and Self Regulation
